Alaipayuthe [original of Saathiya] - 8/10 My first Tamil movie. Direction - MANIRATNAM Music - AR Rahman Starring - Madhavan, Shalini Story deals with the reality of love marriage. Mani successfully makes a different movie. The songs are exceptional. |

My favorite movie ever. STORY - MANIRATNAM Starring - Madhavan, Jyothika Its a simple movie that revolves around a marriage that is set to happen in a beautiful village. Very simple and beautiful movie. |

Minnale [RHTDM] - 6/10 Entertaining DIRECTION - Gautam Menon Music - Harris Jeyraj Starring - Madhavan, Abbas, Reema sen Basically a love triangle. But manages to be entertaining. Watch it if you're a maddy fan. The album is one of the best I've heard. Song picturization is excellent. Songs alone will make it worth renting. |

RUN - 6/10 Action movie.. entertaining Madhavan's first attempt to action. The story is as old as hills but its the treatment that makes this movie entertaining. Some never seen before scenes. Gals watch it for maddy and guys watch it for Meera Jasmine. |

Kannathil Muthamittal - 8/10 Serious movie dealing with terrorism issues. DIRECTION - Mani Ratnam Music - AR Rahman Starring - Keerthana [the kid], Madhavan, Simran. Also Nandita Das in guest role A very touching story added with enchanting music. The girl amazes one with her performance. Meets expectations of a Mani Ratnam movie. |
